To cure a zombie villager, you need a golden Carefully let a zombie take a few whacks at him until the villager turns into a zombie. Then throw a splash potion of weakening on the villager, then feed the villager a golden apple. Wait a minute or two until it turns back to a normal villager. Just make sure that the original zombie doesnt kill the villager after you cure it.
